No. Default thresholds cap changes at -20 % and +5 %, and you can edit parameters to set your own thresholds per campaign.
Toggle Autopilot on/off for any campaign individually. It only starts working if you set it as active. If you want the same analysis but prefer to edit yourself, you need to use Bidding Analyser instead.
